SHORT COMPANY INTRODUCTION
Kalibra Measuring Services LLC. (KMS) is officially establiched in Bulgaria in 2019 under the Bulgarian Commercial Law fully harmonized with EU regulation as Bulgaria is official EU member. KMS completly adope the quality system and procedure of Kalibra International B.V. for tank calibration, use same equipment all up to date certified in ISO 17 025 accreditaed laboratories KMS has trained by Kalibra International B.V. staff and follow same process for tank measurements and calculating tank certificates:
- ISO 7507-1 / API Chapter 2 / Section 2 A, Petroleum and liquid petroleum products – calibration of vertical cylindrical tanks - part 1: strapping.
- ISO 7507-2 / API Chapter 2 / Section 2 B, Petroleum and liquid petroleum products – calibration of vertical cylindrical tanks – part 2: Optical Reference Line Method
- ISO 7507-3 / API Chapter 2 / Section 2 C, Petroleum and liquid petroleum products – calibration of vertical cylindrical tanks – part 2: Optical-tringulation Method
Since August 2003, API (American Petroleum Institute) has adopted EODR within Chapter 2.2D of MPMS (Manual of Petroleum Measurement Standards) and is now fully accepted worldwide as a calibration method for vertical cylindrical tanks.
Kalibra Measuring Services also offers other calibration methods such as water calibration, strapping, optical reference line and optical triangulation, almost all tank calibrations are now carried out using the EODR method. The excellent results in safety, reduced manpower and high accuracy

Kalibra Measuring Services EMEA experience calibration team carried out calibration of 7 storage tanks for petroleum products placed in South Refinery Company in Basra, South Iraq.
South Refineries Company was founded in 1969 through the establishment of Basra refinery, which actually began production on 1974 by establishing (Refining Unit No. 1), which is one of the major manufacturing units in the country where the production of oil derivatives using the latest scientific methods and advanced technology in production, which resemble their high quality products, including foreign and meets the requirements of consumers.

Iceland based company Olíudreifing's main activities are the distribution and stock keeping of liquid fuel for its owners, N1 hf and Olíuverslun Íslands h/f. Olíudreifing has overtaken the operations of the parent companies in these fields. The distribution was first taken over in Reykjavík, Hafnarfjörður and Hvalfjörður, on the Company's first day of operation on 1 January 1996. Activities were subsequently taken over in various locations around the country, one after another. On 1 November 1999, the company took over the operations of the parent companies in Ísafjörður, thus taking over all their distribution of liquid fuel for them outside the airports in Keflavík and Reykjavík.
